About Me

Born and raised in Idaho, but have called Montana my home for over a decade. I work full time as a Dental Hygienist, but have found that Yoga is my true passion.

I have a Boston Terrier dog Oliver, who is not only my best friend but my ultimate adventure partner. I love Mother Earth and enjoy being outdoors as much as possible.

Throughout my life I have experienced my share of depression, relationships, trauma, and multiple losses. Due to the extreme struggle that I have faced, I found Yoga to be the only thing that kept me going. I was able to release stuck energy and emotions in my physical body, find stillness of the mind and overall become a kinder and softer human. Yoga has helped me on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. The true meaning of Yoga-to yoke, combine body, mind, spirit.

We all are often caught up in the chaos of life happenings. We tend to forget that the present moment is all we ever really have.

I am passionate about sharing the practice of Yoga with others who are looking to find stillness of the mind and cultivate more joy in their lives.

Yoga is the dance between light and dark within you. The light is what brings you back to the mat and the darkness is what you uncover there. Don’t be afraid of this darkness; these are only shadows, and though you’ll have to walk down some pretty dark alleys, remember you are grounded in the light and that light will set you free.”
